Who we are
A Washington nonprofit founded by veterans and outdoorsmen who know what a few days in the field can do.
Our mission
Task Force Adventures provides outdoor recreational, adventure, and educational experiences to military veterans, Gold Star families, and related persons to support their health, recovery, and well-being.
We started in the Pacific Northwest, where the founders hunt, fish, and ride. As more people ask to bring Task Force Adventures to their part of the country, we're growing through regions — independent local nonprofits that run adventures under the Task Force Adventures name and standards.
What we believe
- Earned, not given. Participants never pay for an adventure.
- Safety first, every time. Licensed guides, trained volunteers, and a plan for everything.
- Fair selection. Participants are chosen fairly from those who apply.
- Every dollar accountable. Regions report monthly and National reports to donors.

How regions work
Each region is its own nonprofit, led by a Governor, Deputy Governor, and Secretary. Regions plan and run adventures locally and share a portion of their donations with Task Force Adventures National to support training, insurance, the website, and growth into new areas.
